Cooper is available on audio!!!! Trust me when I say you do not want to pass this audiobook by, Zachary Webber and Ava Erickson are fanfreakintastic as Cooper and Corinne. I'll repeat for those that didn't get the message the first time around... Coop is mine!!!!
The best way to get over someone is to get under someone else. And I have the perfect candidate all picked out. My new assistant is tempting beyond belief with her curvy body and take-no-shit attitude. All those luscious curves, and a juicy ass I’m already in love with. God, the things that I would do to that ass… But it’s the haunted look in her eyes that speaks to me. Like she’s taken just as much shit in her past as I have—maybe more. He’s found the perfect distraction in Corinne O’Neil, only problem, she’s his new assistant. But Cooper has a plan that will suit them both, sex with no strings attached. Perfect! However, what happens when those strings start to attach? Can they overcome their pasts? And what happens when secrets are discovered?
After listening to Dirty Little Secret and Dirty Little Promise, I was anxious for Cooper to get his happily ever after, Torrid Little Affair didn’t disappoint. It’s a sweeter story than the Dirty Little Duet and can be listened to as a standalone, although I’d recommend listening to it after the duet for full enjoyment.
Kendall Ryan has done it! She’s broken me. I thought this would be a cute fast listen, instead, I laughed, and I cried, and I was left feeling like I’d been put through the wringer. This book hit me with all the feels. It has so many moments that made you sit and think. I stayed up until 5am listening to this book, I just couldn’t put it down. Kendall’s writing is fantastic, I love how she just pulls me into this world and holds me hostage, it’s one of those books that will stay with you after you’ve finished it. I like the cover, it’s simple and sexy. The colour in the title really catches the eye. I love that it includes who the book is performed by.
I thought I loved Gavin, and I do, but that is nothing compared to what I feel for Cooper. He is everything. I love him so much. He is sweet, he is sexy, he is funny, and he is charming. He is such a sweet guy that you can’t help but swoon over. And his choice of pet name was perfection. ‘Little Dove’ sigh. Corinne was awesome, I liked that she was quite sensitive but strong. She’s sassy and sexy. She can definitely hold her own. I wanted to shout at her to tell Coop everything because it’s Coop, and we all know he’d understand, but I also understood her reasonings. She’s the type of girl you wanna hang with.
The relationship between Cooper and Corinne was beautiful, what started as a little bit of fun soon turned into something more, even though that’s not what either of them had wanted originally. The sexual encounters between this couple are set your kindle on fire, hot. You’ll love how their sexual journey unfolds because it’s not your typical romance sex, it’s hot as anything but I think that’s because of the build-up. The little things that this couple do together make it all the more perfect. When we find out Corinne’s secret it makes everything fall into place, and her reactions to certain things all of a sudden make perfect sense, it was a great twist that worked really well.
This brilliant dual narration is performed by Zachary Webber and Ava Erickson their voices really complement each other in this story. Ava Erickson was fantastic as Corinne she has that sexy, and sassy performance nailed. I loved the changes Ava made with her voice to differentiate between characters, genders, and emotions. She is so easy to listen to because her voice is very clear in its delivery. You know when I read the eBook I loved Cooper he was perfection. Then I listened to the audiobook and I was blown away. Zachary Webber made me fall for Cooper even more. How is that even freaking possible? The emotions he portrayed, especially when the secret is revealed was outstanding and really made his performance stand out from others I’ve listened to him do. The way he says, ‘little dove’ is just so… swoon, I can’t even…! The production was wonderful with no issues that I noted.
If you’ve already read the book, do yourself a favour and spend a credit… or wait for it to whispersync but make sure you get it! This is one book that needs to be experienced on audio. This was a one-sitting audiobook for me and I have no regrets. It was beautifully performed and hits you with all the feels.
