Another book that took me way too long to dive into. This book may be titled Wrong but it is oh so right!

I have a history of picking the wrong guy. Gay? Player? Momma’s boy? Check, check and check. Now I can’t stop fantasizing about one of the customers at the coffee shop I work at between classes. It’s just a harmless crush, right? It’s not like I ever see this guy outside of the coffee shop. It’s not like I’m going to see him while attempting to get birth control at the student clinic. While wearing a paper gown. While sitting on an exam table. Because he’s the doctor. Shoot. Me. But what if, for once, the man I’ve had the dirtiest, most scandalous fantasies about turned out to be everything but wrong?

Sophie is in college and working part-time to make ends meet. Luke, on the other hand, comes from money. Neither are looking for love. Luke pops into the coffee shop that Sophie works at every week, and she can’t help but fantasise about him. But what happens when your fantasy turns out to be your doctor?
OMG! Why has it taken so long for me to listen to this book? Why has nobody been talking about it? Ok, that’s a lie, I’ve seen a bunch of people talk about it, but I needed the time to dive in, and boy did I. I already have the others lined up. It is hilarious. I’m talking laugh out loud, so people think you’re weird, funny. And dirty, so dirty.
I loved Jana Aston’s writing, it was fun and intelligent and kept my headphones glued to my ears for the entire audiobook. No way could I have stopped it. It was incredibly entertaining. I did get a little frustrated with the story in regard to Gina, I kept hoping Luke would walk in on her being evil and set her right. But Jana knew what she was doing, and all worked out well in the end and I was happy it played out the way it did.
The characters were so fun, I hope some of them get there on stories too. Apart from Gina, she was a bitch! I loved Sophie, she was feisty but sweet, and smart. She knew what she wanted and wasn’t afraid to go after it. She had some hang-ups due to her life which was understandable, and I really felt for her at times. I really wanted her to just punch Gina, but as it turns out, that wasn’t necessary. Sophie handled it the best. And Luke, sigh, he was so dreamy. He could be my doctor any day! I loved that he tried to fight how he was feeling but in the end just couldn’t. Then his dominant side came out to play and it was perfect.
I really liked the progression of Luke and Sophie’s relationship. It was sweet and hilarious. I did shout at my phone on a couple of occasions, why won’t Luke just tell Sophie what the deal with Gina is? But Sophie is a smart cookie, so it was easy to forgive him. The sexy times will have your headphones melting, I kid you not, it’s so dirty but so very good. Luke’s arse obsession was cute and hilarious.
Erin Mallon is fantastic in this book. She always blows me away, but this one is outstanding. Her male voices are wonderful, seriously, I’m talking panty-melting sexy male voice. You’ll check your app to make sure audible didn’t forget to list the male narrator. It’s so distinct. She was perfect for the emotional moment too, she really conveys how the character is feeling and does it incredibly well that you’re so fully immersed in the story. The production was smooth with no issues.
