Stay tuned tomorrow for the review of Your Alluring Love performed by the outstanding Jo Raylan and Ryan Turner.

Christopher Bennett is a persuasive man. With his magnetic charm and undeniable wit, he plays a key role in the international success of his family’s company. Christopher adores his family, even if they can be too meddling sometimes… like when attempt to set him up with Victoria, by recommending him to employ her decorating services. Christopher isn’t looking to settle down, but meeting Victoria turns his world upside down. Her laughter is contagious, and her beautiful lips and curves are too tempting. Victoria Hensley is determined not to fall under Christopher’s spell, even though the man is hotter than sin, and his flirty banter makes her toes curl. But as her client, Christopher is off limits. After her parents’ death, Victoria is focusing on raising her much younger siblings, and she can’t afford any mistakes. . . But Victoria and Christopher’s chemistry is not just the sparks-flying kind. . .It’s the downright explosive kind. Before she knows it, Christopher is training her brother Lucas for soccer tryouts and reading bedtime stories to her sister Chloe. Victoria wants to resist him, but Christopher is determined, stubborn, and oh-so-persuasive. When their attraction and connection both spiral out of control, will they be able to risk it all for a love that is far too tempting?

Christopher Bennett is back home after spending a good portion of his adult life aboard expanding the international dealings of Bennett Enterprises. His family couldn’t be happier that he is home, but now he’s here, they want him to settle down and find love. Christopher isn’t interested in love, but he knows his family, so when they recommend interior designer Victoria Hensley to him for his apartment, he knows their game and he isn’t about to fall for it. That is until he meets her. Victoria Hensley is raising her much younger siblings following the death of their parents, all she wants to do is provide them with a stable and comfortable upbringing, so dating a client is out of the question, but he is so dreamy and persuasive. Soon, she is unable to resist Christopher’s charms. Can they make their relationship work or is it doomed to fail?

I am so in love with this series. I don't know how I didn't know about it sooner. This book made me ugly cry, for real, at times I was so emotional that I couldn't control it. Layla Hagen is a queen of writing those emotional moments that hit you in the gut and that's definitely the case with this book. Thankfully we have some hilarious moments too.

This storyline, sigh, it was everything, I loved the premise and I adored the execution. Victoria is raising her siblings after the death of her parents and she’s doing a great job, no matter what that fool at social services thinks. I seriously wanted to kick him in the balls. Enter Christopher who wasn’t looking for love, let alone a ready-made family but he soon fell in love with all of them. I loved the way his family welcomed them all into the fold.

Victoria is one heck of a woman! It takes real strength and courage to take on three children. She did so with such gusto and her interactions with them were so sweet. I could understand her reluctance to let anyone get close but I’m so glad Christopher worked his magic on her and broke through her walls. I really admired her and she deserved to be happy.

Let’s talk about Christopher for a second, enter swooning here and maybe the loss of panties. I adored him, he really was a complete sweetheart. The moments when he was interacting with Sienna, Chloe, and Lucas was just the sweetest, I loved how he couldn’t resist their charms and fell in love with them along with Victoria. It was so sweet. Especially when he went into ‘dad-mode’. He did have me sat on the edge of my seat shouting NO! at one part and I wanted to give him a good shake.

I loved the way the relationship between Christopher and Victoria progressed, it was heart-warming and beautiful. The chemistry between them is off the rails, and in no time at all, they were falling in love and it was lovely to feel a part of that. The sex was smoking hot and as always, a part of the story and perfectly placed. They had some hard times, my heart broke for them. This really was a rollercoaster of a book.

This was my first time listening to both these narrators and I thought they paired up really well together.

John Lane was fantastic as Christopher and I really enjoyed his performance. His voice was well suited to Christopher and helped along those swooning moments, especially the sexy times.

Bailey Carr was wonderful as Victoria and her siblings and I enjoyed it, however, there were a few times when it sounded louder than it called for - it didn't take away from the story or enjoyment of the narration, but just seemed out of place. Her transition between characters was smooth and easily distinguishable. I thought she conveyed the emotional aspects of the story perfectly.
